Global Sourcing (business registration W/A 68694), trading as Global Sourcing Gems and Jewellers, Colombo, Sri Lanka, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our communications, and how we use it.
We collect the information you choose to give us when you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, such as your name, company name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and details of the stones you are interested in. If you apply for memo terms, we also collect company registration details and trade references. Our website may collect limited technical information, such as your browser type and pages visited, through standard analytics and security tools.
We use your information to respond to your enquiries, prepare quotations, assess memo applications, process and deliver orders, keep the records required of a licensed gem dealer, and, where you have agreed, tell you about new stones. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only where necessary: with courier and insurance providers to deliver your order, with banks or payment providers to process payments, with gemmological laboratories when you request certification, and with government authorities in Sri Lanka, including customs and the National Gem & Jewellery Authority, where the law requires it.
