Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with every stone you buy from us. If a stone is not right for you, this policy explains how to return it.

Return period

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your stone. Please contact us at info@globalsourcinglk.com or on WhatsApp at +94 72 834 1838 before sending anything back.

Conditions

Returned stones must be in exactly the condition in which they were sent: not set, re-cut, re-polished, treated or otherwise altered, and returned with any certificate, documents and original packaging. Stones that have been altered, or that are not the stones we supplied, cannot be accepted.

How to return a stone

Once we have agreed your return, send the stone to us by insured, tracked courier, using the address we provide. The stone remains your responsibility until it reaches us, and return shipping and insurance costs are paid by the buyer.

Refunds

When we have received and inspected the stone, we will refund the purchase price by the original payment method. Original shipping, insurance, certification and bank charges are not refundable.

If a stone is not as described

If a stone does not match our written description, please tell us within 7 days of delivery. Once the stone is returned and the issue confirmed, we will refund the full amount you paid, including shipping.

Memo and trade orders

Stones supplied on memo are returned in accordance with the written memo agreement. Wholesale orders and parcels may be subject to separate return terms agreed at the time of sale.
